Welcome to Ride Eassy. By accessing or using our website and rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. General Terms
- Ride Eassy provides self-drive and chauffeur-driven car & bike rental services in Varanasi.
- By renting any vehicle, you confirm that all information provided by you is correct and valid.
- Ride Eassy reserves the right to deny service to any customer without providing a reason.
2. Eligibility for Renting
To rent a vehicle from Ride Eassy:
- You must be at least 18 years old for bikes and 21 years old for cars.
- You must have a valid driving licence (original DL required).
- You must provide a valid government ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport).
- For some vehicles, additional verification or documentation may be required.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- Bookings can be made online or via phone/WhatsApp (subject to availability).
- Full payment OR advance payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where Ride Eassy cancels the booking.
- Prices may vary based on peak hours, festivals, weekends, or demand.
4. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
- The deposit amount depends on the type of vehicle.
- Deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours after verifying the vehicle’s condition.
- In case of damage, penalty, challans, or misuse, the deposit will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Vehicle Usage Rules
Customers must follow the rules below:
- Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws.
- The vehicle should not be used for racing, stunt riding, off-roading, illegal activity, or sub-rental.
- Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- The customer is responsible for fuel unless specified otherwise.
- Any RTO challan/fine during the rental period must be paid by the customer.
6. Vehicle Condition & Damage Policy
- The vehicle will be provided after a quality check and basic cleaning.
- Customers must inspect the vehicle before starting the trip.
- Any damage, scratches, dents, tyre burst, breakdown due to negligence, or misuse will be charged to the customer.
- In case of an accident, customers must immediately inform Ride Eassy and follow legal procedures.
7. Late Return Policy
- Returning the vehicle late will incur hourly late fees.
- If the delay exceeds more than 4 hours, an additional rental day may be charged.
- Frequent delays may result in account suspension.
8. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with a certain amount of fuel.
- Customers must return the vehicle with the same fuel level; otherwise, fuel shortage charges apply.
9. Breakdown & Emergency
- In case of mechanical failure, Ride Eassy will assist with repair or replacement (depending on availability).
- No compensation will be provided for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external conditions.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
- If Ride Eassy cancels the booking due to vehicle unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds may take 2–5 business days to reflect.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Handle the vehicle responsibly.
- Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition.
- Pay for damages, towing, traffic fines, or penalties (if applicable).
- Ensure your belongings are removed before returning the vehicle. Ride Eassy is not responsible for lost items.
12. Ride Eassy Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify prices, deposit amounts, or terms at any time without notice.
- Deny service to customers engaged in misuse, fraud, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Report illegal activities to local authorities when necessary.
13. Privacy Policy
- Customer data (ID, DL, contact details) is collected only for verification and safety.
- We do not sell or misuse your personal information.
- By using our services, you agree to receive booking updates via SMS/WhatsApp.
14. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold Ride Eassy harmless from all liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees, or claims arising from:
- Misuse of our vehicles
- Violation of terms
- Illegal activity
- Accidents caused by customer negligence
15. Governing Law
All disputes will be handled under Indian law, and jurisdiction will be Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
